Who are we?

Aircision is a startup based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. We develop next-generation FSO systems for undetectable defense and ultra-high-speed telecom applications.

The vacancy: Business Operations

This is a broad, hands-on role combining operations, finance, market intelligence, and commercial support. You’ll help bring structure, clarity, and execution power to everything around the technology. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and building things from scratch.

• CEO Support & Execution: Work directly with the CEO to execute day-to-day business priorities, follow up on actions, and turn strategy into concrete outputs.

• Finance & Administration: Own invoicing, financial and legal administration, budgeting, cashflow tracking, financial projections, and coordination with external accountants, legal advisors, and funding bodies.

• Market & Commercial Execution: Produce market analyses, competitive overviews, use cases, pricing logic, and customer-facing materials used directly in sales and partnerships.

• Marketing Materials & Content: Create and maintain execution-ready presentations, website content, visuals, and demo assets, working with external parties when needed.

• Operations & Coordination: Run core operational tasks including office management, hiring logistics, internal documentation, and project coordination across teams and partners.
