This is how you make impact as a Teamlead Circular Service Center
As Team Leader Circular Service Center, your daily goal is to ensure that the production objectives are achieved together with your team. Your team consists out highly skilled electrotechnical repair analysts with a lot of troubleshooting experience. You start the day with a ‘daily start’ where you discuss quality, logistics, technology, costs and safety (QLTCS) with your team. Then your team gets to work and as a team leader, you ensure that your team achieves the intended objectives by coaching them and being present on the shop floor when necessary. In addition, you participate in a number of project teams to improve our circular processes and you have the freedom to set up these processes.
Your daily responsibilities include
- You listen, guide, support, and resolve issues so that your team can work smoothly and continuously; You conduct recruitment, performance, and appraisal interviews;
- You ensure that new colleagues receive a good onboarding and that all colleagues can continuously develop;
- In addition, you look at the needs of the people, the team, and the organization;
- You are responsible for the implementation of the departmental annual plan and report to the Head of Circular Service Center.
