This is how you make impact as a Project Manager
As a project manager, you will be responsible in the broadest sense for the initiation, supervision and successful completion of projects within Neways Technologies. At the start of the project you compile a project management plan; translating customer demand with the budget conditions and the defined scope (QLTC). After approval of the project, you are responsible for initiation, follow-up and successful completion of the project with a multidisciplinary project team.

This is what you bring to the team
At minimum a bachelor’s degree, preferably with an engineering profile
Relevant working experience in project management
Understanding of business and technical context
Experience in automotive or medical technology sector is a plus
Solid communication and negotiation skills as well as analytical thinking
An independent, result oriented and accountable code of conduct
Flexibility and willingness to travel
Very good written and spoken English language skills
Your daily responsibilities include

Management of technical projects with hardware and software development;

Management of all project activities including budget control and reporting;

Close coordination with the customer, production and suppliers;

Coordination of internal and external development;

Recording and communicating product and customer-specific requirements;

Commitment to continuously improving the quality of our services;

Collaboration in multi-site development teams.
