This is what you bring to the Team
An MBO (vocational) diploma in a technical field (for example, Mechatronics).
A VOP (NEN3140) certificate, or the willingness to obtain it.
Technical insight and a strong safety awareness.
Knowledge of safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations.
A structured, pragmatic, and responsible working style.
You are driven and enthusiastic, have an open attitude, and are not afraid to ask questions.
Clear and proactive communication with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.

Your daily responsibilities include

Identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical malfunctions.

Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on our machinery and facility systems.

Carrying out calibrations according to established procedures.

Working in accordance with internal safety policies and procedures such as Lock‑out/Tag‑out and Permit‑to‑Work, as well as applicable (inter)national standards (e.g., NEN).

Coordinating maintenance activities with production, engineering, and other internal stakeholders.

Ensuring a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, and external parties.

Stopping work in unsafe situations and reporting risks or deviations.

Coordinating and supervising work performed by external parties.

Accurately recording maintenance and calibration activities in systems such as TopDesk.

Identifying structural issues and proposing improvement initiatives.
