Enterprise Planner
Neways Electronics
Summary
Ready for the first or second step in your career? Do you enjoy planning, coordinating, and truly making a difference in a technical production environment? Then become an Enterprise Planner at Neways.
This is how you make impact
As an Enterprise Planner, you ensure the optimal balance between customer demand, material availability, capacity, and inventory. You translate forecasts and customer orders into a realistic production and delivery plan, and you proactively adjust when circumstances change. With your insight into the entire chain — from demand to delivery, you safeguard delivery reliability, create stability in operations, and directly contribute to customer satisfaction and supply chain performance.
This is what we offer
A role with significant impact on the end-to-end supply chain. A dynamic work environment where you collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Plenty of room to improve and professionalize processes, systems, and ways of working. An organization that invests in development, data-driven working, and modern planning systems. A team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement are central.
In addition, we offer you:
• A competitive salary aligned with your knowledge and experience;
• 27 vacation days plus 13 ADV (additional leave) days;
• Working in a growing international company where attention is given not only to hard skills but certainly also to soft skills;
• Opportunities to further develop yourself and grow within the organization;
• Working in an informal team where you will quickly feel at home;
• Flexible working hours and the option to work partly from home;
• A solid pension scheme and travel allowance.
This is what you bring to the team
A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, (Technical) Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management;
Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex planning challenges;
Strong communication skills: you interact smoothly with customers and internal teams.
A proactive mindset: you identify bottlenecks early and take initiative to solve issues;
Accuracy, reliability, and a structured way of working;
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (such as Infor, SAP, or similar);
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis;
Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Your daily responsibilities include
-
Analyzing and validating customer demand and translating it into production requirements;
-
Managing the complete order book and processing changes;
-
Coordinating with Purchasing about material availability and follow-up on purchase orders;
-
Identifying risks in supply, capacity, or planning and escalating in time;
-

-
Daily alignment with production, logistics, and other internal stakeholders;
-
Coordinating timely deliveries and resolving deviations towards customers;
-
Analyzing logistics performance and initiating improvement actions;
