Your responsibilities
Defining test strategies and driving long-term innovation for future products
Early involvement in new product developments and innovations
Alignment and discussions with other disciplines (IC architects, quality, process, package, etc.) to influence project direction, making the right balance between TPE/Industrial requirements and project goals
Responsibility for guiding test program development on Advantest V93k EXA Scale for new Automotive Audio ICs
Define and create test concepts (test programs, test hardware, etc.) for production at wafer and final test according to industrial requirement specification and in compliance with overall test strategy
Development of new test methods, test techniques and software for on-chip testing
Support implementation of “Design-for-Excellence” into new products in close cooperation with DfT, Test Architects and Product Development & Engineering
Be involved in development of production hardware for Automatic Test Equipment with high test coverage (wafer and final test)
Optimization of industrial test solutions (high test coverage at shortest test times and lowest cost)
Responsible for introduction of the test solutions (HW & SW) into mass production
Your profile
MSc or comparable degree in Electrical Engineering or other technical engineering discipline
10-15 years Solid test experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably with work experience in IC Development, Test & Product engineering, IC Manufacturing and/or Semiconductor Quality Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience on Advantest V93k (PS1600, EXA Scale)
Preferable knowledge in SmarTest Software versions 7 and 8
Experience in developing test programs for large digital / mixed signal ICs
Ability to define long-term strategic visions
Convincing influencer and is able to operate independently
Ability to represent technical expertise outside own organization
Furthermore, you have:
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Experience with risk management
Experience with requirement definition and management
Experience with working in a multicultural environment
You are fluent in English and preferably Dutch

Contract: This is a full-time position with a permanent contract. However, we are open to discuss a part-time opportunity (between 32 and 38 hours) as well.
