We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student for backend support of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools. You’ll become part of the Product Creation Processes & Methods (PCPM) team within the CTO Office department. The Product Creation Processes and Methods are used for all new products and technology introductions across NXP. You will be a key contributor to our continued growth and success. This position also offers excellent growth potential for your competences and skills.
Your Role
Your position will be focused on supporting enterprise application owners of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools. These applications/tools calculate the financial impact of projects and provide a comprehensive overview of all projects within business portfolios. Thereby, supporting project/product and portfolio managers in making strategic decisions, essential for business continuity.

Your Responsibilities
- Assist in the documentation enhancement of PPM tools, used across the organization.
- Help test new functionalities, contribute to tool optimization efforts.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Support tasks on data validation and dashboards
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program in Business Informatics/related field.
- Conceptual thinker with attention to detail, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Interest in digital tools, enterprise applications and project/portfolio management.
