The role

• Lead the multidisciplinary project team(s) to success by setting motivating milestones and steering the team;
• Monitoring and controlling progress of the projects from start to completion:
  
  • Realize day-to-day project execution of our applications (sensing systems and sensors);
  • Leading the project team(s), keeping planning and budget up to date and under control;
• Report on project(s) status and progress to customers and stakeholders;
• Liaise with all R&D, Operational and Commercial functions;
• Get it working! Step-in yourself and support getting the customer specific sensing hardware configured and delivered;
• Explore possibilities for commercialization of project outputs and support sales in follow-on opportunities and proposals.
