The role

We primarily operate in aerospace and defense-focused markets where reliability and compliance are critical. As Quality Engineer, you safeguard product and process quality from development through industrialization to small-series production and delivery.​ In this role, you operate at the intersection of Production, Engineering, and Operations.​

Your key activities include:​

• Own and drive the NCR process, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation.;
• Prepare and guide internal and external audits (ISO 9001 and customer audits);
• Define and maintain acceptance criteria, release procedures, and batch records;​
• Participate in development projects to review manufacturability, compliance risks, and production readiness;
• Strengthen and professionalize our QMS, documentation control, and engineering practices;
• Drive structural process improvements and reduce recurring quality issues.​
