Freelance HR Manager (~ 2 hours/week)

Senergetics is looking for a freelance HR professional to support our small but growing team. If you’re experienced in Dutch HR processes, have worked with international/expat employees, and enjoy helping startups build solid foundations, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Maintain accurate employee records and contracts.

• Manage onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for new joiners and leavers.

• Prepare and arrange employment contracts for new team members.

• Act as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, visas, or general HR topics.

• Manage key people-related processes, including Highly Skilled Migrant visa applications.

• Support payroll and benefits administration, working closely with finance and external partners.

• Develop, update, and maintain internal HR documentation such as the employee handbook and policies.

What We’re Looking For

• A freelance, Dutch-speaking HR professional.

• Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and the Highly Skilled Migrant visa process.
• Experience working with employment contracts and HR administration.
• Someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Availability of around 2 hours per week, with flexibility depending on workload and timing.
