Marketing and Communications Coordinator (32h to 36h per week)

We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to help us grow and strengthen Senergetics’ visibility, brand, and commercial efforts. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced startup environment, ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with structure and analytics.

What will you do?

Content & Social Media

• Come up with engaging LinkedIn content ideas related to company updates, events, and relevant industry topics
• Create the posts (both text and visuals) and publish them to LinkedIn
• Keep the page updated with weekly posts and by engaging with comments and mentions
• Track the posts’ performance and page growth by analyzing metrics such as followers, impressions, and engagement rates

Website Management

• Keep the website up to date by publishing blog posts, creating event landing pages, and updating product information as needed
• Ensure all content is clear, up-to-date, and aligned with Senergetics’ messaging
• Monitor basic SEO and user experience (e.g., broken links and mobile view)
• Track website analytics with Google Analytics (GA4)

Events & Communications

• Identify relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows to attend
• Prepare and submit applications in collaboration with the team
• Support communication before, during, and after events
• Help manage follow-ups and new contacts after events

CRM & Lead Management

• Manage and maintain the CRM system (HubSpot) by importing new contacts, organizing data, and keeping information up to date
• Follow up with leads through email and support ongoing communication
• Track and monitor ongoing conversations with potential customers, partners, and investors
• Support the creation of regular CRM reports, including new leads, active conversations, and pipeline progress

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, or related fields
• 1 to 3 years of experience working in marketing and/or communications
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Interest in social media, analytics, and digital tools
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive and comfortable working independently
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks, essential in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience with tools like LinkedIn, Canva, HubSpot, or GA4 is a plus
• Great communication skills in English
• Already living in or within commuting distance to Eindhoven

Inspired by sensing technology, we're tackling energy spillage and corrosion under insulation (CUI) in the process industry.
