Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Shift Engineer to join our team on 5-shift schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and systems during their assigned shifts. A positive attitude and a ‘can-do’ mentality are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance during assigned shifts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production to run efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineers and quality assurance, to identify and implement process improvements.
• Document maintenance activities, incidents, and equipment performance logs accurately and timely.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment by recognizing and addressing potential hazards.
• Support your shift with their daily tasks, and if needed assist with wafer handling tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, optical engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or high-tech environment.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Flexibility to work in a 5-shift rotation schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a pre.
