What will you do?

• You lead and develop a team of Process Engineers, creating an open and results-driven team environment

• You ensure processes run safely, consistently and in line with quality standards

• You contribute to customer projects by assigning the right people and keeping track of progress

• You plan team capacity and develop skills in line with future needs

• You drive the acquisition and qualification of new equipment

• You identify improvement opportunities and make sure they are implemented

• You work closely with teams like Equipment Engineering and Operations to ensure smooth execution

• You foster a quality mindset with a pragmatic approach and a passion to win

The team

The Process Engineering team consists of approximately 13 engineers, each bringing expertise in their own process specialty. Beyond your own team, you work closely with the Equipment Engineering, the Development and Operations teams.

What are we looking for?

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field

• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role

• A strong technical background, preferably in semiconductor fabrication, MEMS, or a similar high-tech manufacturing environment

• Strong interpersonal skills: you listen well, communicate clearly, and know how to motivate others

• A proactive and hands-on mindset, with the drive to build and improve together
