The challenge
As an Operator at XIVER, you play an important role in our manufacturing process. You are responsible for operating production equipment, performing quality checks, monitoring process performance and ensuring that our products are manufactured according to the highest quality standards.
You’ll be working at the heart of semiconductor manufacturing. Together with other Operators, Technicians and Engineers, you help ensure that our production processes run safely and efficiently. Operating advanced production and measurement equipment and contributing to the manufacture of innovative products for international customers are your main tasks.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Perform quality inspections and report deviations
- Handle wafers and materials carefully and accurately
- Register production data in the system
- Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and cleanroom procedures
- Support troubleshooting activities together with experienced operators and engineers
- Contribute ideas for process and workflow improvements
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment
Collaboration
We work in a two-shift operation with a team of approximately 16 colleagues. Teamwork is essential, and you will work closely with fellow Operators, Process Engineers and Maintenance Engineers to achieve our production targets and maintain high quality standards.

You profile
- Minimum MBO level 4 education in Process Technology, Mechatronics, Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field
- High attention to detail and quality
- Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule
- A hands-on attitude, curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Experience in a semiconductor, MEMS, photonics, or high-tech manufacturing environment
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment
- Familiarity with technical documentation and SOPs
- Affinity with technology and advanced manufacturing processes

- You receive a competitive salary based on your work experience
- A full-time contract with XIVER
- A two‑week rotating shift schedule. Shifts range from early mornings starting at 06:00 to late shifts finishing at 23:00. You will receive a shift allowance.
- 27 vacation days with the option to buy 13 extra days
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km and a montly phone allowance.
